3. Send us your prescription

For prescription orders, send a clear photo of your prescription to WhatsApp on +44 7951 420658. Include your name and order number so we can match it to your purchase.

4. Confirm any extra details

Depending on your lenses, we may need additional measurements or a fitting discussion. Our team will explain what’s required and confirm the next steps.
